My name is Johan Le Roux, I am a C.S.A Level 3 Elite cricket coach. I have played in the Provincial setups around South Africa and have played Internationally, Boasting a 22 year coaching career local and international I have gained the experience to take your game to the next level.

MENTORSHIP
Having been privilaged to work in high performance coaching setups, I have mastered the art of video analysis. Hours are spent looking at the finer points of players actions and techniques and then working out in detail to find corrective measures.

With 5 years experience in the fitness industry with Virgin Active I have access and experience to utilize the latest fitness trend to achieve optimal fitness.
